Want to get fit and fab? If you do then the one thing that you are going to have to get to grips with is the fact that you are going to have to work hard to get that amazing body. Push yourself when you really don’t want to

There are going to be times when you think that exercise can just chuff off. There are going to be times that you will want to sit at home in your PJs and eat ice cream straight out of the tub. Whilst it is a good idea to let yourself take a break, you also need to show your body who is boss. When you are finding that you really don’t want to exercise, the best thing to do is to get yourself out there. You might not feel like it, but, if you push yourself then you will feel pretty great when you do get out and active. 

Treat yourself to some new clothes

Who doesn’t love getting new clothes? We definitely do! So, if you are lacking in mojo, then maybe all you need is to treat yourself. Buy some new workout gear and you will be absolutely chomping at the bit to get outside and show off how smoking hot you look to everyone who you meet. Something that you can’t do if you are sat at home binge-watching Netflix shows. 

Get your pals involved

Anything is better when you have your mates with you. So, if you are finding exercise boring, then ask your pals to join you. Not only will you feel much happier about having to get outside or to the gym, but it also gives you a chance to have a proper catch up, without having to hit the cocktails. 

Lacking in motivation to work out, you need to find a way to get yourself pumped up. Whether it is reminding yourself why you are doing it, treating yourself to new kit or perhaps roping in a buddy to keep you company, you need to make sure that you keep active as you will be thanking yourself in a few months time!
