Here are ways you can look fit as f*** at the gym. You never know, you might even meet the man of your dreams 😉

1. Flatter your figure

Yes it is great to keep up with the trends but be comfy too. You will naturally feel way more confident if you are comfortable in the clothes you are in. Find a balance between what looks good on you but you are able to move around and feel fab in!

2. Opt for breathable and bright materials

Dripping in sweat and especially if it’s visible on our clothes is something we try to avoid. So opt for clothes made from lightweight, breathable materials like polyester and nylon as they wick moisture away from your skin.

Make sure you pick pops of colour too, vibrant colours will lift your mood and motivate you- it’s proven.

3. Au natural is the way

The ‘no makeup’ look is becoming more popular and when you are werking a sweat, it isn’t healthy for your skin as it leads to clogged pores and breakouts -so it is best to avoid that at all costs where we can.

If you don’t feel so comfortable with this idea opt for a tinted moisturiser, mineral makeup is fab for those with naturally oily or acne-prone skin as it will prevent shine. Pair this with a waterproof mascara and some tinted lip balm.

4. Wear the right fit

Make sure you know your exact bra size/ measurements. So you have a bra that supports you and actually has the effect to make your breasts more flattering. If you are conscious of how the clothes fit around certain areas of your body why not invest in some shapewear, this will help smooth and conceal problem areas.

5. Up-do hairstyle

No matter how much you love wearing your hair down, it will only get in the way. So slick your hair back and show off your beaut face even more while your at it with your beaut up-do too.
